Our Mission

SAS Ltd offers a low-cost, fast-turnaround PCB Assembly manufacturing service for all new electronic designs required at the pre-production bench top stage. Our aim is not to replace production / large volume assemblies, but to cover prototyping and small volume PCBAs, complementing design engineers and their need to rapidly test new electronic concepts.

Our Factory

You can have your concept boards produced quickly and professionally from our factory in Basildon, Essex (UK). Our production lines are configured and specialised for fast turnaround and optimal quality of electronic circuit assemblies, using state-of-the-art machinery, including Mycronic SMT Pick and Place machines and Mirtec AOI.

Our Process

A bit like self-checkouts at supermarkets, you are in control here: upload your BOM in csv format and use our seamless online quoting and ordering tool, which empowers engineers like you to self-serve and control all aspects of the ordering process, all while having multiple customisation options, and minimising quoting and ordering times.
